STAGE SPECIFICATIONS:

•    Maple, tongue and groove floor, finished with Dark-Value penetrating floor oil buffed into application.

 

•    Please note that the wood stage surface turns into cement stage right in the stage mangers area.

•    Stage extension is comprised of two components:

•    Part A: “Orchestra Pit Lift” - Dimensions: 43’ 10” wide by 9’0” on center

The Orchestra Pit Lift is hydraulic and is operated in the stage managers position. The hydraulic lift can be raised and lowered to the following heights to allow for use as an Orchestra Pit, a seating area or a stage thrust:

 •    Orchestra Pit Level Height: 8-feet 4-inches below stage surface.

 •    Orchestra Seating Level Height: 3-feet below stage surface.

 •    Orchestra Stage Thrust Level Height: Even height with stage surface.

•    Part B: “Orchestra Pit Extension Platform” – Dimensions: 52’ 0” wide by 5’0” on center.

The Orchestra Pit Lift Extension of the Orchestra Pit Lift is a manual lift platform and can be used to increase the overall depth from the edge of the stage out into the seating area for use as an extended Orchestra pit, seating area or extended stage thrust. All heights are the same as above.

PYROTECHNICS:

•    Any show using pyrotechnic effects will be required to submit a detailed effects plot, along with a listing of effect details (placement, weight of charge, direction, and size of effect, ect.) Additionally, a current pyro technician’s license for the lead pyro technician valid for the largest classification of effect used, and MSDS sheets must be received by the Paramount Theatre Event Manager at least 14 business days prior to the scheduled load-in date. The Paramount Theatre reserves the right to require a walk through inspection or full demonstration of the effects in the presence of the local Fire Inspector for any pyrotechnic display.

DRESSING ROOMS:

•   All dressing rooms are located on the second floor level of the Paramount Theatre and can be accessed by stairwell upstage right or from the 4th avenue corridor by either stairwell or elevator (elevator is primarily used for wardrobe cases)..

 

•   Furniture, plants, and other miscellaneous rentals can be arranged through the

    Event Manager.

PARKING:

Production vehicle parking is located on the South side of the Paramount Theatre building on 4th Avenue. The covered loading  area can accommodate two production vehicles at the overhead doors. Street parking at hooded meters can be reserved by contacting the Event manager 1-week in advance. Standard bagged meter cost is $15.00 per meter with a $25.00 hooding/un-hooding fee per every ten (10) meters.

MERCHANDISE LOCATION

The Merchandise area is located by the Hall of Mirrors. The Hall of Mirrors is connected the the ticket lobby and serves as the main entrance for most performances at the Paramount Theatre.

The Merch area is 8-feet deep by 24-feet wide. Most standard setups include three (3) 8-foot tables and two (2) 6-foot tables.

Black table skirts can be provided upon request. Wifi, merchandiser grids, and power are

also available upon request.
