I.A.T.S.E.
The Alliant Energy PowerHouse is contracted directly through the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United State, Its Territories and Canada (I.A.T.S.E.) and local 191.
The I.A.T.S.E. and local 191 are the contracted suppliers of stage labor for the Alliant Energy PowerHouse for calls requiring over eight hands. The Alliant Energy PowerHouse house technical crew fills calls of eight or less stagehands. Both are paid at the same rates and minimums.
The Alliant Energy PowerHouse reserves the right to set all staffing requirements for events. The PowerHouse will work closely with the Lessee to make sure both the facility and lessee's needs are met. The PowerHouse will be the sole provider of all stagehands, or any other event related staff.

OVERTIME:
Overtime pay (1 & 1/2 times an employee's regular straight time rate) shall be paid for:
All work performed in excess of ten (10) hours in a calendar day or continuously.
All work performed after 12:00 A.M. and before 8:00 A.M.
All work performed on holidays (contact the Event Manager for specifics)
Lessee is required to provide one of the following after 5 continuous hours of work:
1/2 hour break if a meal is provided on site.
One-hour break if no meal is provided.
Overtime pay in 1/2 hour increments until a meal break is given. (Meal penalty is double time if occurred between the hours of 12:00 A.M. and 8:00 A.M.).

All stagehand work calls should be sent to the Event Manager at least three weeks in advance of the scheduled event date.
